One of the feature that make this game so enjoyable is because of its agency. A gamer can either set up his own agency or join an existing one. Every city has a real estate agency. This is where you can buy a property to set up your agency. Only subscriber of this game have access to the agency feature.

The inside of an agency
 There are a lot that you can do in an agency. Beside the management features, there are also features, which make the gaming experience even better.

Equipment Locker
 While each gamer can only wear 4 equipment on themselves, they can store additional equipment in the agency locker. Members can also share equipment among themselves. The types of property also determine how many equipment you can store.

Trophy Room
 This room is where you store your trophy that you had won from completing a treasure hunt.

Active Treasure Hunt
 At this room, it shows the treasure hunt that your agency is currently doing. There are information like the monetary reward, the progress of your agency and more importantly, the favor that is required for reaching the next stage.

Case Files
 Saving this section for last as the case file is an extremely useful feature in the agency: basically, the case files allow you to store cases, which you can reopen it, at a later date. But there is really a lot more ways of use for case files:

1. Files sharing: Due to different lifestyle of individual members, some members may not be able to finish all their cases. So, extra cases can be saved into the files and other members can have it.

2. Help with contacts: E.g. If you are doing a case and the barber clamped up on you. If your fellow members have barber contacts, simply save the cases in to the files and write in the note section that you need to have the barber check.

3. Factions switching: If you are trying to get good standing with certain faction. You may encounter cases that will bring down the standing of the faction. Instead of quitting the cases, you can save it to file and give it away.

4. Treasure Hunts: The files can also be very useful tools when doing the hunt. No further information as different agency uses it in different ways.

There are probably a lot more uses for the case files. If you look back at those few that are mentioned here, you probably notice that the greatest function of the case files is: promote of cooperation among members. This is really helpful in bringing the members closer.

Other features in an agency:

- Message Board: This is the agency's private message board where only members can view, post or reply.

- Office Safe: Rent are deducted from here automatically. While everyone can deposit money, only directors can withdraw money from it.

- Send money to teammate: Self-explanatory.
