A webpage is not a must but I'm really not sure where you're gonna put the Puddee...
A link back is not necessary but much appreciated or if anyone asks do tell where it came from...:)
However, if you requested for a cert, award or a adopt a limited ed puddee you have to link them back to me (details inside)
If you do take a Puddee you MUST infrom me on my tagboard, guestbook or guestmap so I know where the Puddee is gonna live...
