how i move

For 3,339 miles, from St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada's eastern most city on the shore of the Atlantic, he'd run through six provinces and now was two-thirds of the way home. He'd run close to a marathon a day, for 144 days. No mean achievement for an able-bodied runner, an extraordinary feat for an amputee.

You glide on the waters, go wherever the wind takes you. Inhale the vastness of the sea, exhale on your tack. Haha..... rock-climbing was something I took up in 2000 at a course by the rock-climbing club of NUS. Since then, I've left it behind. Got to pick it up again someday.
I do my running mostly within the large estates of Serangoon Garden and Kovan-Parry. I like the running that I do: Left-right-left, the aroma of curry as I pass a house, the vibrant colours of someone else's garden, kids playing around, school children walking home, fellow joggers passing by...

My current routine:

I'm trying to run twice a week.

I windsurf mainly at East Coast Peoples' Association Sea Sports Club (PASSC).

My current routine:

I'm no longer using the small blue sail. It's now the bigger yellow sail. Better to catch those little winds.

Not going down anymore due to hectic O&G schedule. Also my skin is not so tolerant of the sun nowadays. Will be back to catch the wind w K Jack (even Jack has decided to sell his board due to distance and upkeep costs) after the patho exams.
