PixelTouch prev | upnext

PixelTouch is an interactive art installation exploring the concept of interaction and the barriers between user and computer. The piece was exhibited at the Digital Art Show, Graphite 2004, Nanyang Technological University, and then permanently installed at the School of Design, Nanyang Polytechnic.

For this project, I worked together with Lee Wee Na and Ng Wen Lei to develop the concept and implement the interaction in Director and PBasic on a Parallax Basic Stamp microcontroller. The physical object was created by Ayob bin Ismail, and the electronics were implemented by Dr. Tie Gee Khiun and Lee Kwai Peng.
