eSculptureWalk prev | upnext

The eSculptureWalk website is an educational website designed to encourage appreciation and awareness of sculptures and art amongst primary and secondary school students through exploratory gameplay. It was developed by Nanyang Polytechnic for the National Library Board, Singapore.

I was the project manager on this project, which was carried out by a team of staff and students. I was also involved in the interaction and gameplay design, and carried out some of the final implementation in Flash.

This was a unique project as it was an exploration of the use of gameplay to teach students about art appreciation, something which NLB was keen to explore. It was also a chance to experiment with new techniques in Flash, such as creating panoramic scenes from photographic images.
