Overview

This is a simple card game in which players take on the part of small time drug pushers trying to amass the largest stash.

The game is played in rounds. At the end of each round, players score the amount of stash that they have accumulated. This may be positive or negative. The game ends when the stash of any player exceeds a predetermined amount at the end of a round.

Every player will have 6 cards in his hand. Each turn, a player will draw and play a card.

A "Market Open" card will allow the player to go into business. He may then play "peddle" cards to amass his stash of ill gotten gains. These cards vary in value from 5,000 to 100,000. The round ends when a player plays a "market close" card

Special cards add chrome to the game. "Heat On" cards can be played to hinder other players, which prohibits him from playing additional peddle cards until a corresponding "Heat Off" card is played. "Euphoria" cards remove "heat on" cards and may allow the player to steal from others. Some cards prevent a player's card from being stolen. Lastly, "paranoia" cards cause the loss of stash, and allow all players to pass along one card to another player.

Comments

I have to admit that I got this game partly (a large part, actually) for the whacky theme.

The gameplay itself is very mechanical, and I cannot see it being more than than a filler.
